This is a superior quality honey containing 1282+ MGO giving it very potent antibacterial and antimicrobial properties. Honey made to these standards is not cheap, and so this honey may be better reserved for treating cuts, grazes and burns rather than a honey for daily consumption (but you certainly can if the cost is not prohibitive for you).
